New Internet commerce uniform rules in Europe?
The European Commission intends to impose uniform rules of Internet commerce throughout the EU.
The draft directive on consumer contract presented in Brussels Commissioner Meglena Kuneva.
This is the most significant revision of the Consumer over the past 30 years. The directive would oblige suppliers, regardless of the location to ensure delivery within 30 days. In case of violation of these provisions on the client’s money should be returned to him during the week - explained by the directive.
According to Euronews, to comply with the directive, if it enters into force, will and non-European online shopping, working with clients from the EU.
Nowadays, purchase through online stores carry up to 150 million people in the EU
